Terms of Service

• Totem Space operates by appointment only and provides services exclusively for women.

• Bookings can be made via email: hello.totem.space@gmail.com or phone: 020 418 38201.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, skin conditions, allergies, or other health concerns relevant to their treatment at the time of booking to ensure services are safe and appropriately tailored. Clients accept responsibility for informing Totem Space of any changes to their health or condition that may affect treatment outcomes.

• Client information is kept confidential and used only for treatment purposes.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time and the full treatment fee will still apply.

• For the wellbeing of both practitioner and clients, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

• Totem Space reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client’s condition presents a contraindication or safety concern.

Cancellation Policy

• Totem Space is a small business and last-minute changes have a significant impact.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full. In the case of an emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
